As a former claims adjuster licensed in Texas, I managed claims and litigation for my insureds. I specifically served the construction, oil and gas, property, restaurant and hotel management, and retail industries. Serving these companies provided me experience with their contracts, their leases, their risk and loss management, and overall claims evaluation, settlement negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation. My focus:  keeping litigation expenses low while striving to achieve a positive outcome for my customers.
